This painting is based off a photo taken at Sardis Park in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada.
During a walk around the park I found this secluded spot under one of the willow trees. I was fascinated by the reflection of the willow created on the water. It was a bright day but this tree created the perfect balance of bright and dark to inspire this unique painting.
